Erin frequently contributes to increasing global cyber security through her investigations, analysis and articles to uncover security breaches, phishing and smishing campaigns, and malicious website rings.

Erin has uncovered multiple website crime rings and reports her findings to authorities and major security developers.

In 2021, she discovered an anomaly with Cloudflare and spent weeks sharing with Cloudflare's engineering team who was able to resolve the event using her logs.
