How to Repair Email Account on Microsoft Outlook

For Microsoft Outlook, go to File in upper lefthand corner
Click Account Settings (icon with person and gear symbol)
Select Account Settings from drop down menu (icon with person and gear symbol)
Select the email account by clicking once (not twice)
Next click the Repair button located above
Select, "Advanced Options"
Check the box, "Let me repair my account manually"
Make sure username is your full email address
Make sure your password is correct
Check the box, "Remember Password."
Add or change Server: (if your web host or company uses a CDN like Cloudflare, you may have an anonymous server rather than the default - check with your web host or web developer)
Select or enter Port: 995
Check the box: This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL / TLS)
Check the box: Require logon using secure password authentication (SPA)
Click the down arrow for Outgoing Mail
Change server: (if your web host or company uses a CDN like Cloudflare, you may have an anonymous server rather than the default - check with your web host or web developer)
Port: 465
Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Default Server Timeouts: 1 minute
Check the box: My outgoing SMTP server requires authentication
Select: Use same settings as my incoming server
Click Next.
Click Done.
Click, Close.
Select your email account inbox.
Now click "Send / Receive."
Any undelivered emails should arrive along with a test email from Microsoft.
