1. Create Linkable Content
Sadly, content doesn't even have to be good to make it linkable. While we don't recommend creating click bait, you can post relevant content that looks appealing. If you're not sure where to start, look at your competitor's websites for ideas on what are popular topics in your field. 

2. Build on that
When you have a few ideas that you think people will want to link to, create content of your own. Refresh and enhance the content. 

3. Find a solution to important issues in the News
We all read news articles that pertain to situations we deal with in our careers. Recently, the issue of website accessibility became a hot topic. With several large corporations facing lawsuits over their websites not being handicap friendly. We heard clients talking about it so we chose to act. We found solutions and shared them with our clients. Not only is staying up on the news give you insight into what is crucial for your success, but you may just be able to help others which in turns helps you.

4. Link to your favorite brands, channels or personalities
Love a singing duo on youtube?  If you're so inclined, link to them. Find a video you like that relates to what you do and include it in your post, page or article. They'll love you for it and you might just increase your visibility. 

5. Support your competitors while helping yourself
We can't all be everywhere at the same time and we each have our strengths. So why not help your competitors? If they post content or offer a service that you do not or that you appreciate - link to them. Recommend them. You may just make an ally while helping both your competitor and yourself to be more visible.
