If no, then don't be complacent about tech vendors, software, web development, email, security, operating systems, search engines, devices having no customer service. Hold them to a level of competence like you do every other business...
Stop being okay with BROKEN TECH and no communication. Expect better, demand better.
You are not a wallet that exists only to pay them while they hide behind walls of non-communication, chat *bots*, no-reply email addresses, no contact forms, no telephone numbers and terrible customer service or tech support that sends nonsense canned unhelpful replies.
You should be important as their client, without you and the hundreds or millions like you, they are NOTHING.
