Poor Tech and Poor Service

Big tech corporations continues to FALTER in incomprehensible fashion like I've never seen in my decades of being online. Since 2020, everything online has been SO broken but no one says anything anymore...

People have come to accept that a certain level of broken technology is normal. That not being able to contact or resolve an issue with a tech company is just life.

No.... This should not be okay.

If you hire a roofer and they leave a hole in your roof, do you talk to a chat bot?

Do you submit a support ticket and hope that in 2 weeks they *might* reply to you meanwhile, rain is falling on your head?

Would you also be okay with them finally responding but they respond to you about your tile floor instead of your roof and further... they tell you how to mop your floor and that obviously you are doing it wrong or you wouldn't have a wet floor.

Nothing close to what you wrote about - the HOLE in your ROOF.

Would you be okay without an email, phone number or way to reach a manager?

If no, then don't be complacent about tech vendors, software, web development, email, security, operating systems, search engines, devices having no customer service. Hold them to a level of competence like you do every other business...

Stop being okay with BROKEN TECH and no communication. Expect better, demand better.

You are not a wallet that exists only to pay them while they hide behind walls of non-communication, chat *bots*, no-reply email addresses, no contact forms, no telephone numbers and terrible customer service or tech support that sends nonsense canned unhelpful replies.

You should be important as their client, without you and the hundreds or millions like you, they are NOTHING.
