When your customers find an obsolete or broken link, you want to redirect them. Use the 404 page to accomplish this.
Customize the “404 Error” page your visitors see when trying to access a page that doesn’t exist on your site. Make the design your own, add the site’s menu and include links to popular pages/blog posts to make sure visitors keep exploring your site. Note: You must have a paid hosting plan to create a custom 404 error page. A custom 404 page includes limited design options from the Editor.
To create a customized 404 error page:
1. Click Menus & Pages on the left side of the Editor.
2. Click Add Page at the bottom of the panel.
3. Name the page “error404”.
4. Click Done.
5. Hide this page from the menu.
Tip: Enhance your visitors’ user experience by adding the site’s menu, as well as links to popular sections they might be looking for. This minimizes the chances of your visitors leaving the site after getting the 404 error message. TNW Creations
